A DIY Wedding in Bristol, England.
Jonny and Bex chose to say their I do’s in the South West of England on a hot summer’s day in late August.
The ceremony took place at Holy Trinity Church, Nailsea. This was Bex’s home church when she was growing up. This was then followed by a beautiful DIY reception at The Elmgrove Centre in Redland.
Bex is an extremely talented woman and handcrafted her own wedding dress. There was tea aplenty in traditional Bex style and a packed church worshipped as Jonny and Bex tied the knot. Afterwards the couple took a few moments alone for a beautiful stroll through the Clifton Downs. The first dance was hands-down the best first dance I have ever seen and was choreographed to ‘Pencil Fullof Lead’ by Paolo Nutini and performed by the entire bridal party! A traditional Scottish ceilidh then took them through to finish the night. Thanks to them both for having me along!
